Meet Don MacCarrick
After dedicating 30 years to educating students in the Brick Township Public Schools, Don began a new chapter focused on continuing what he’s always valued most, serving his community and looking out for others.
For the past 38 years, Don proudly served as a lifeguard in the Lavallette area. For the last 16 of those years, he has had the honor of serving as Lifeguard Captain at the Ocean Beach & Bay Club, where leadership, responsibility, attention to detail, and quick response have been essential every day.
Having lived in the area his entire life, he knows the Jersey Shore and its communities inside and out. He understands the unique challenges that coastal homes face, from changing weather and seasonal storms to the importance of regular property checks while owners are away.
Waypoint Home Watch NJ was founded on the belief that homeowners deserve someone they can trust to care for their property as if it were their own. His roots are here, his family is here, his friends are here, and this community is his home. Don is not going anywhere.

Marney MacCarrick has spent her career helping people, building relationships, and serving her community. She began by teaching in local public schools for 15 years before transitioning into corporate training, where she now develops employees and helps organizations grow through learning and professional development.
For more than 20 years, Marney has also been a local REALTOR®, giving her an in-depth understanding of homes, property ownership, and the unique needs of homeowners along the Jersey Shore. Her experience allows her to recognize the importance of protecting one of a family's biggest investments.
Born and raised in southern Monmouth County, Marney has deep roots in the community she proudly serves. In addition to her corporate career, she also works part-time as the Business Manager for a local business, bringing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service to every client.
